We specialise in LONDON and EDINBURGH with hundreds of properties to suit all budgets throughout central, suburban and commuter areas.

We also have a Property Finding Service where we match your needs with the right property.

Are you looking for a cottage in the Cotswolds and the Welsh Borders or around the whole coast of the UK or apartments in many other cities in Scotland and England. LOOK NO FURTHER! Our aim is to satisfy you, the client by giving a personal service and supplying accommodation to suit your needs and budget.

We are an Independent Family Business since 1980. Our clients come from all over the world and every year over 70% are repeat customers or their friends and colleagues.

Britain has some of the best walking country in the world. Other countries may be more spectacular, but the UK has one major advantage - our country is criss-crossed by a myriad of public footpaths, as well as vast areas of countryside available to the public.

What kind of walking holiday is for you? Strenuous 20 mile hikes in the mountains? Or a gentle 5 mile stroll with plenty of sightseeing, a pub lunch and cosy fire to come home to in the evening? Whichever is your kind of walking holiday, why not use a cottage as a base? No need to carry your luggage each day! A warm cottage to come home to and a hot bath to ease those aching muscles! Relax at home and have a home-cooked meal or try the local pubs and restaurants.

We can offer cottages as a base for walking in the mountains, along the coast or in the countryside. And those not wanting to join in can 'do their own thing', whether exploring the area by car or staying 'at home' with a good book or DVD. Many cottages will do short stays in off-peak times from October to Easter, either a long weekend or a mid week break.

For your next business trip an apartment will give you more privacy, space and freedom to come and go than a hotel. You can stay from three nights to three months plus in London, Edinburgh and other UK cities. Added to that they are about 30% less expensive than hotel rooms of the same quality. No service charges or bar bills to pay - the only extra being your telephone calls. Serviced apartments particularly suit the business traveller, combining hotel facilities (daily maid service, reception desk, etc.) with the benefits of your own temporary home. Many have on-site business services including secretarial services, restaurant and theatre reservations service, taxi and airport transfers, conference room. Cable/satellite TV, broadband or wireless internet are available in most apartments.
