Cantley House Hotel is a spacious 36 bedroom Victorian Country House Hotel set in acres of Berkshire Parkland. Formerly the home of the Marquis of Ormonde, the mansion was built in 1880 and originally converted into a Hotel in 1983. The building has been carefully restored over the years maintaining its many beautiful architectural features. In 2001 The Clocktower wing was constructed adding 15 Executive rooms and suites. The architecture was inspired by local Almshouses and compliments the existing Victorian House.
The private gardens and parkland surrounding the Hotel guarantee a quiet peaceful setting, yet Cantley is only a short drive from the busy commercial centres of Reading and Bracknell.

Cantley House Hotel is licensed to conduct Civil Wedding and Partnership Ceremonies in the beautiful wood paneled Oak Room and the Ormonde room, both of which are perfect for parties and receptions.
The Briar, our 17th Century Banqueting Suite, can accommodate up to 80 guests in a most romantic setting and Pipers Room adjoining the Ormonde can cater for 150 guests.

Cantley House Hotel has three very different, fully equipped, conference suites all of which have natural daylight and offer superb surroundings for all types of conferences, presentations and business meetings for up to 70 delegates.
Full audio-visual equipment, including overhead and LCD projectors, screens and flip charts are available in house and our specialist Audio Visual Support Team are on hand to give advice and quote on any additional equipment that might be required.
