Ongoing investment continues to the remainder of the bedrooms, conference facilities and swimming pool. 107 guest bedrooms, including 13 suites in the superior Ambassador Wing. Many guest bedrooms overlook the terraced gardens or Firth or Forth. To date 58 Standard guest bedrooms have been fully refurbished to a contemporary standard. State of the art on site leisure facilities including Techno gym equipment. Full upgrade of the hotels swimming pool continues and this facility will remain closed until January 2007.
