The Five Arrows Hotel online: information and bookings
This small Victorian country hotel and restaurant stand at the gates of Waddesdon Manor. It was originally built by Baron Ferdinand de Rothschild to house the craftsmen and architects working on the Manor. There are nine en suite bedrooms and two suites, many of which have been recently refurbished. Antiques and original pieces from the Manor grace the rooms named after Rothschild houses. All rooms are fully equipped with internet access, freeview TV and tea and coffee facilities. Conveniently situated to London and Oxford.

The lounge bar and restaurant are open seven days a week. Lunch or dinner is a relaxed, informal experience and on fine days may be enjoyed in the pretty courtyard and garden. It has a reputation for imaginative modern European food from light lunches to gastronomic dinner menus. Fresh, local ingredients are used whenever possible. The Rothschild family’s association with wine is reflected in a list which features vintages from their vineyards in Portugal and Chile, as well as the famous châteaux Lafite and Mouton in Bordeaux.
Open for breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Sunday lunches are served from 12 noon to 7pm. Children are welcome.
