Easton Walled Gardens online: information and bookings

President Franklin Roosevelt described these gardens as a ‘Dream of Nirvana … almost too good to be true’. 50 years later, the house was pulled down and the gardens abandoned. 100 years later see the ongoing revival of these magnificent gardens.

Funded privately (with the support of visitors) this garden experience is like no other. Alongside the recovery of these 400 year old gardens are: fantastic snowdrops in February, David Austin Roses, 100 varieties of daffodil, irises, sweet peas and our popular cut flower garden. Other garden features include spectacular terraces, a turf maze, and cottage garden.

We hold a number of special events during the year, including the Easton Spring Plant and Gardening Fair on Sunday 6th and Bank Holiday Monday 7th May 2007 and our Sweet Pea Days from Sunday 24th to Friday 29th June 2007. Please visit our website or telephone for further details.

Homemade teas and light lunches are served overlooking the garden in our excellent tearoom. Group visits and tours must be booked in advance and can be arranged outside our normal opening hours if wished.
