Prinknash Pottery online: information and bookings

Prinknash Abbey is home to a Benedictine, Roman Catholic Community which welcomes you onto its grounds. We hope that you will learn more about monastic life during your visit as well as enjoying the magnificent views and the astounding beauty of the chapel with its stained glass windows.

The community do not charge entrance to the Church, visitor centre or parking (although there is an admission fee to the Bird Park). We do however offer you the opportunity to enjoy a quiet cup of tea in our tearoom or to browse around our extensive pottery and gift shop or see the New Woodchester Roman Pavement Exhibition.

Many of the monks’ own products are available on site, you may wish to purchase some cider, incense, rosaries, water colours, vegetables, flowers or cards. You are also welcome to wander up to the ‘Old Grange’ which is a 13th century building.

In case of alteration, please check prices, opening times and any specific important information before booking or visiting
