SELF CATERING IN DULVERTON, SOMERSET - WHERE TO STAY IN ENGLAND - ACCOMMODATION IN THE UK

Exton House nestles into the peaceful Brendon Hills of Exmoor which surround the beautiful Exe valley. Built in 1871 as the Rectory to the parish of Exton. It's Victorian elegance and superb location appealed immensely to its present owners, Pam and Digger Glaister, who in 1988, set about it's gradual transformation into one of the most comfortable and friendly places to stay in the South West. It is now available on a self-catering basis.

The secluded gardens offer peace and relaxation, plus the opportunity to see a large variety of birds and wildlifwith far reaching country views.

Spacious family, double or twin or single bedrooms (three of which are in the Rector's Cottage annexe) are available, including two on the ground floor. All are individually designed and tastefully furnished. Eight have en-suite facilities, whilst one has a private bathroom.
Bed Linen and towels are provided, along with all fuels, heating and lighting.

Oour kitchen is very large with all the usual equipment, plus hot cupboard, two dishwashers, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The house is centrally heated throughout, and on colder evenings relaxing in front of a log fire in the lounge, makes a perfect way to enjoy the end of the day.For those who love to walk, there are the heather-clad moors, woodlands and coastal paths. For the train enthusiasts - the steam railways. Many historic buildings and fine notable gardens can be found within easy reach.

You can be sure of an enjoyable stay at Exton House and will find it an ideal base for exploring Exmoor and this delightful part of West Somerset.
