Situated at the foot of the hills, this comfortable inn is an ideal place to stay when visiting the Kingdom of Fife, whether on business or pleasure. The village is set amidst rich farming country and is only 32 miles from Edinburgh and 17 miles from St Andrews.

The Old Inn has been extended over the years and has an intimate restaurant, comfortable lounges and 24 bright and well-furnished bedrooms, all en-suite. Several rooms are available for meeting and other functions, from 10 to 200 guests. The well-equipped leisure centre is free for guest use - swimming pool, gym, sauna, spa.

The hotel is also situated in one of the most prolific golfing regions with over 50 golf courses within 25 mile radius.

Since purchasing The Lomond Hills Hotel in June 2004 our reputation for providing a truly memorable day is spreading rapidly. Being privately owned and family run, we strive to give you a day you will never forget as we take every detail personally.Our Conservatory and Function Suite are licensed for Civil Weddings and we are ideally placed only yards away from Freuchie Parish Church, should this be of interest to you. Nearby Falkland Palace and its beautiful gardens also offers a spectacular setting for your ceremony or photographs. At The Lomond Hills Hotel we do not have set packages for your wedding reception. We offer some suggestions for menus but are delighted to leave the choice of food and drinks to you and tailor make the day and evening to your own requirements.

Your wedding day is a very special, unique occasion and we will do everything possible to make it memorable not only for the excellent cuisine and personal attention but also for its atmosphere.

This bright, airy room offers flexible accommodation for up to 35 delegates in relaxed surroundings and can be arranged in informal, theatre or boardroom style.

The Adams Suite.
An extremely large room with seating available for up to 180 delegates, this offers the opportunity for product or company presentations to a large audience.
