COTTAGES IN BRIGHTON AND HOVE, SUSSEX
Best of Brighton & Sussex Cottages has been running for over 10 years. It was started by Richard Harris, who lives and works in the charming seaside village of Rottingdean, 3 miles outside Brighton. We are registered with VisitBritain, a member of Tourism South East and are approved by Brighton and Hove Tourist Office. We also advertise with the tourist offices of Wealden District Council, Arun District Council, Lewes District Council, Mid-Sussex District Council, Eastbourne Borough Council and Worthing Borough Council. We specialise in offering fully furnished properties to the business, holiday and conference accommodation market, but can also offer longer term residential lets.
Our portfolio includes seafront and city centre properties in Brighton & Hove, unusual properties in the Sussex countryside, both inland and along the coast between Eastbourne and Chichester. The accommodation on offer ranges from small studio flats, through standard two to three bedroom properties, up to some magnificent five to eight bedroom properties, sleeping from 10 to 16 people. Most of our properties are either owners' second homes or investment properties and great care and pride is taken to ensure that they are presented in the best possible way.
It is important to stress that every single property has been visited by Richard, who takes a personal interest in the running of the business. We were very pleased to be awarded full Quality Accreditation Status by VisitBritain earlier in the year meaning that we can now use the prestigious AQA Logo which has only been awarded to a handful of Holiday Letting Agents in the Country. It also means that we can have our own property assessment and grading scheme - it is called our 'Key/Quality' scheme. This is carried out independently of us and all properties will have been awarded a grading of from TWO Keys/Standard up to FIVE Keys/De-Luxe. The number of 'Keys' represents the facilities in the property. On the 'Quality' side most of our properties fall into either the Commended or Highly Commended quality level.
