Hazelwood Castle has been in the family estate of Vavasours since Norman times and was first mentioned in 1086 in the Domesday Book. It remained in the family for nine hundred years. The castle enjoys panoramic views of Hazlewood's seventy-seven acres of parkland and woodland.
The former monastery and retreat has been tastefully designed and bedrooms are individually decorated to the highest standards to provide a relaxing haven.

Hazlewood Castle comprises twenty one luxury bedrooms and suites, all of which are beautifully decorated with great care to enhance the natural beauty of the castle.

All bedrooms are individual and in varying shapes and sizes, named after flowers and designed to provide a relaxing haven, full of knick- knacks.
