The inn has gone through many refinements since its inception in the 1700s and is now graded as a five star restaurant with rooms. The Michelin star restaurant is situated in the oldest part of the building providing an elegeant and intimate setting for a dining experience which is rooted in classical values but with some unmistakably modern touches along the way
