The Prelude Restaurant, named after Wordsworth’s well-known poem, offers a la carte and table d’hote menus that demonstrate Chef’s use of the finest fresh produce in dishes that combine lightness of touch with delicacy of flavour and artistic presentation. The menu changes regularly to reflect local and seasonal availability. Dishes can be cooked plainly if preferred, and most dietary requirements can be accommodated. The Restaurant, which is air-conditioned, has an outstanding list of fine wines from the world’s best wine-producing areas. Many quality wines are available by the glass.
Service is professional, friendly and unobtrusive.
DOVE AND OLIVE BISTRO
The Hotel’s own pub and Bistro serves traditional beers, good wines and a range of coffees, and tasty meals in a cosy and casual ambience.
