Once a country mansion, the main house at Les Rocquettes was built in 1765 on the outskirts of St Peter Port, Guernsey's capital. In 1946 the house was first transformed into an hotel by the Johnson family who continued to own and run the hotel until 1996.
Les Rocquettes Hotel was then acquired by the Sarnia Hotels - a family owned hotel group that operates three quality St. Peter Port hotels in Guernsey. In the last few years the hotel has been substantially enlarged and altered adding additional accommodation, multi purpose function room and a health suite with indoor swimming pool and gymnasium.
Les Rocquettes Hotel has an excellent location, being within walking distance of the town centre of St Peter Port, and Beau Sejour - Guernsey's sports and leisure centre.
This three star Guernsey hotel has two bars, an award winning restaurant, ample car parking and is well served by the Guernsey bus service.
ACCOMMODATION
Hotel accommodation at Les Rocquettes Hotel Guernsey consists of a total of fifty rooms, double, twin and singles, in four categories.
All hotel rooms are ensuite with bath and overhead shower, and are equipped both for working and relaxing with flat screen TV, clock radio, hairdryer, beverage tray, telephone and safe.
The cosy Standard rooms are all located in the original house along with the larger Premier rooms, which have been recently refurbished, and two generously sized Deluxe rooms which are furnished to a high standard with large bathrooms.
The Superior rooms are all located in the new wing above the swimming pool.and have balconies. Three of these superior rooms have wheelchair access.
Free WiFi is available for guests throughout the hotel accommodation and public areas.

The Mulberry Health Suite
The facilities in The Mulberry Health Suite at Les Rocquettes Hotel Guernsey include a 12 x 7 meter indoor swimming pool, which has an integrated children's pool and Jacuzzi.
The health suite also provides a sauna and steam room.
The gym is well equipped with Life Fitness machines including: 3 treadmills, 2 cross trainers, 3 bikes, 2 rowing machines as well as a pulley machine, free weights and kettle weights. There are also 2 LCD TVs and a sound system.
The heated indoor pool and gymnasium have French doors which lead out on to the sun terrace and attractive, sheltered gardens.All the facilities of the Mulberry Health Suite Guernsey are complimentary to use by hotel residents.
Restaurant
The Oak Restaurant opens daily for breakfast and dinner, and also for lunch on Sundays. Each morning guests can enjoy a selection from the buffet as well as a freshly cooked full Guernsey breakfast.
The Oak Restaurant holds a Breakfast Award from VisitGuernsey as well as a Rosette Restaurant Award from the AA.
Dinner menus feature seasonal and local Guernsey produce wherever possible.

The Johnson Suite, with its own entrance, bar and cloakroom facilities is an ideal venue for conferences, meetings and business presentations, as well as lunches, dinners, weddings and other banqueting celebrations.
This Guernsey conference and banqueting suite is well equipped with power points and the room has natural daylight as well as blackout blinds.
Audio visual LCD projector, TV and video, OHP, and radio microphone can all be arranged.
The Johnson Suite, conveniently located in the capital of Guernsey, St. Peter Port, can host theatre style presentations for up to 110 delegates, or classroom style meetings for up to 60.
For catered functions, cocktail receptions to a maximum of 120 and private dinner parties up to 80 can be accommodated.
