Merriment Gardens online: information and bookings
Set in 4 acres, Merriments Gardens is a garden of richly and imaginatively planted deep curved borders, colour themed and planted in the great tradition of English gardening. Using a rich mix of trees, shrubs, perennials, grasses and many unusual annuals ensures an arresting display of colour, freshness and vitality in the garden right through to its closing in autumn. Also in the garden are two large ponds, dry scree area, bog and tropical garden.
To complete your visit, the adjoining nursery has a wonderful selection of plants which you will have seen growing in the garden and our Garden Café terrace by the pond is the perfect place to relax, or you may prefer by the fire inside!
