The Conservatory Restaurant
Moores hotel's attractive restaurant, the Conservatory, is very popular with Guernsey residents and holiday makers alike, and enjoys a very good reputation for fine food.
At breakfast time, hotel guests can choose from the wide selection on the buffet as well as a traditional English breakfast.
Each evening the varied five course dinner menu always provides a vegetarian option, and the a' la carte menu featuring fresh Guernsey seafood offers even more choice. To complement your meal, enjoy one of the choice wines from our world wine cellar.
