The Stables are recently converted traditional stone farm buildings providing high quality accommodation on a bed & breakfast basis or on a self catered basis in the lovely Farrier’s cottage. All accommodation offers private access and is ideal for families, tourists and businessmen.
The bed & breakfast rooms and cottage have been furnished to a high standard, equine stabling is available on site and there is plenty of parking.
For sailing, walking and cycling, Rutland Water can be found 20 minutes away. Grantham, Newark, Stamford and Melton Mowbray are all within easy reach. Woolsthorpe Manor, the birthplace of Sir Isaac Newton is within walking distance.

Directions
We are located on the B676 in Colsterworth, less than a mile from the A1.
From the A1 you will need to turn off at the Colsterworth roundabout following the sign post for B676 to Melton Mowbray. Travel on the B676 as if you were heading out of the village until you see a Tourist board rosette on the right hand side and a sign post for The Stables. Turn right into the dirt drive, veer right at the top of the drive and park in front of the main property.
