Godolphin House and GArdens, Godolphin Estate and Great Work Mine have World Heritage Status.

A romantic Grade I Tudor amnd Stuart mansion, commenced in c1475, the seat of the famous Godolphin family. Exploitation of tin provided the wealth for this family of soldiers, entrepreneurs, poets and government officials. Birthplace of Queen Anne's Lord High Treasurer, Sidney 1st Earl.

A large, compartmented Side Garden dates from the late C15 thought it grew out of an early C14 castle garden (still gardenend). Good 16th and 17th century English oak furniture.

Godolphin is known for its excellent food markets and events. Available for weddings and venue hire.
