This interesting, isolated former gamekeepers cottage lies in the Ysbyty Estate, 8 miles south-east of Betws-y-Coed in the Snowdonia National Park. The cottage, at 1,125ft, is 450ft above and a mile from the small village of Ysbyty Ifan where the hospital for the Knights of St John used to be situated. It enjoys magnificent views of surrounding mountains and moorlands. There is no electricity in the cottage; all services are by gas. The small walled garden has magnificent open views. Ideal location for fishing.
