Nestling unobtrusively in the stunning Scottish Highlands, with views over the Cromdale hills and splendid river Spey, lies a highly individual and special place to enjoy a restful mini-break, or base from which to experience all that is on offer within the Cairngorm National Park.
This elegant Victorian villa with many original period features, set in mature gardens, aims to be an establishment that exudes excellence as well as ethics
In fact, everything about The Eden House is as you would expect it to be, from individually styled bedrooms with either four poster or French-crackle glaze beds dressed in crisp white organic-cotton bed-linen, to Victorian roll-top baths and fluffy organic towels and a magnificent marble fireplace in the elegantly furnished drawing room. Everything which can be organic will be found at this luxury B&B (including complimentary soap, body-wash and body-cream) where our passion for ethics and quality means that even the little things, such as teabags and toilet paper, will be either organic or fair-trade.
The Eden house offers guests an exclusive and intimate (with discreet yet attentive service) all-year round escape from the hustle and bustle of life. Whatever you are looking for from that special break we very much hope you will find it here.

Wherever possible, every effort is made to source organic produce/fair-trade or locally sourced high-quality produce.
Dinner is by prior arrangement only and served in the dining room. Meals are at a supplement of £21.50 pp for a 3 course dinner. Vegetarian options are available upon prior request.
