A delightful brick, Jacobean ‘Trinity House’, c. 1609, with two Georgian wings and a basically Georgian interior. Home of the Eyre family since 1633 and a quite magnificent setting for wedding receptions and ceremonies

Newhouse is far from new! It was built in 1619, a Jacobean 'Trinity House' with Georgian wings added at a later date to make the beautiful, impressive house of today.

The setting is peaceful and rural with the house standing magnificently at the end of a long drive through light woodland. The immaculately maintained natural gardens feature extensive lawns and impressive trees. Up to 100 guests can be accommodated in the superb Drawing Room, an elegant room occupying one of the wings. The panelled Dining Room is used for the receiving line and the Oak Staircase is fabulous for photographs. Licensed for Civil Marriages and Partnership. Ceremonies for up to 100 guests.

In case of alteration, please check prices, opening times and any specific important information before booking or visiting
