Some of the hotel's rooms have recently been tastefully refurbished; others will undergo this process soon. The hotel's Wallace Restaurant offers good home-cooked food using fresh local ingredients in a relaxing environment, with cozy log fires and even a play area to keep the children amused. Open daily from 12.00-14.00 for Lunch and 17.00-21.00 for evening meals. Our St. Andrew's Lounge bar is open daily from 10.30 till late serving snacks during Lunchtime. It has an excellent range of malts, beers and wines as well as a range of bottled beers from the local Sulwarth brewery. The hotel also has a munber of large and small rooms perfectly suited for private dining or large functions.
