The hotel's reputation for good food and real ales is growing all the time. The hotel is now licensed for civil weddings. Everyone that comes through the doors is treated as an individual. Please note that there is karaoke on every Thursday night until late. The hotel was built around 1900 as a holiday home for a London business man, and was converted to a small hotel/public house around 1950's. Since then, the Widemouth Manor has been renovated to bring it up to modern standards, with toilet falcilies for the disabled, baby changing, and a excellent play area for children. The hotel is now licensed for civil weddings.
