1824 castellated mansion set in beautiful parkland. Previously home to the Crawshay family, owners of Cyfarthfa Ironworks, now a museum. The collection includes a social history of the town, family portraits, fine art, porcelain, Egyptology and costume.

Fernery Tearoom in the museum specialises in traditional home-cooked fayre.
